The next Parish Council Meeting is on Thursday 09 December at 7 pm at Sandford St Martin Parish Hall.

The agenda and papers can be found on the PC Minutes and Papers Page.

Items to be discussed include:

• concerns regarding AirBnBs,
• option to request 20 mph zones for Ledwell and Sandford St Martin
• activities to celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, and
• the budget and precept for the next financial year.

The Council welcomes participation from the public, and there is a space in the meeting to receive comments on any item on the agenda, any matters the public wish to bring to the attention of council, or to request items for future meetings.

The public are welcome to attend, but due to COVID-19 the maximum room capacity is for members of the pubic is eleven.
