The next Parish Council Meeting is the Annual Council Meeting on Thursday 19 May 2022 at 7.15 pm at Sandford St Martin Parish Hall, following the Annual Parish Meeting.

The agenda and papers can be found on the PC Minutes and Papers Page.

Items to be discussed include:

• the annual governance and administration of the council
• the Annual Governance and Accounting Report for 2021/22, and
• a Platinum Jubilee Celebration update.

The Council welcomes participation from the public, and there is a space in the meeting to receive comments on any item on the agenda, or any matters the public wish to bring to the attention of council.

The public are welcome to attend.
